". . . we were looking for a book production/typesetting company which would not only provide a first class service, but also show us the ropes and explain the various options at each stage of the process. 

We came across Miles Bailey and the team at The Choir Press by using the web, and discovered to our delight that they were based only a few miles away from our Cheltenham offices.  Miles listened very carefully to our needs - designing a 'look' for a series of books, and then typesetting the first two publications in the series - and produced some options.  The editorial team proved their worth in making sense of the first book - a collection of articles by different authors - and helping us develop house styles and conventions, and even find the right paper to use.  Miles also arranged indexing and negotiated deals with the printer for us, and dealt with our Canadian cover designer to import and produce cover proofs.

In both these cases we were up against tight schedules to produce the finished book for a specific launch event.  As is the way, on both occasions things went down to the wire and each time Miles was prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that we had our books right on time.  We will certainly be continuing our partnership with The Choir Press on our next project."
